Where do you ship from?
Certain products are shipped from USA & Europe, however, the bulk of our products are sent from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
How do I know if my country is included in the shipping zone?
Most countries and territories in the world are covered. If you would like us to ship to you please get in touch first and we'll make arrangements.
What should I do about customs?
Any customs and/or import duty is solely the responsibility of the customer. We will always mark the item value down so as to help avoid such situations. Each country has different laws & policies. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
How long does shipping take?
Please refer to our chart below to get a better idea of how long to expect. Please allow a week before contacting us if you haven’t had any news about your shipment.
Where can I find tracking information?
Tracking information is available on your order page and a notification will be sent to you once your item has shipped. Certain postage carriers aren’t covered and should this be the case, please enter your tracking number & logistics provider here: 17track.net
If after 2-5 days there is no information showing up on your tracking do not worry. It simply can take this long for the order to update itself onto the tracking page.
