In the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

The Cool Dude Shop uses a state of the art sizing calculator designed to take the guess work out of choosing the correct size. Our sizes are slightly different (smaller) than the sizes you are used to so please go with the size we recommend based on our sizing charts and sizing calculator. 

We are unable to provide exchanges for customers who don't check the size chart prior to ordering. 

Kindly await further instructions before returning the address. We will provide you with a return address once your refund has been approved.

If your item should arrive damaged, please inform us including photographic evidence and we’ll be happy to replace it or issue you with a refund upon receipt of a valid tracking number.

All orders can be canceled prior to shipping. If for whatever reason you decide that you don’t wish to complete your purchase please get in touch ASAP. Once the item has been packed & prepared, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

All return postage fees are the customer’s responsibility. Any returned items must be unused, in good condition and in their original packing. 

We cannot be held responsible for any items which weren’t cleared by customs or offer any refunds in this event.
